Each mill is individually tested and receives the "Gepruefte Sicherheit" (German for tested reliability) seal of approval from the TUEV product services. The testing of the mills works settings is performed according to DIN 10765. The guaranty period of three years from the date of purchase gives you security. The Millstones An extremely hard composite blend of ceramic and corundum materials. First developed by Wolfgang Mock, one of the KoMo millmeisters, in 1985, and now the European standard for whole grain mills. The materials are fused in a high temperature kiln, creating a rough-textured surface with many air pockets. The super-hard millstones grind flour and meal quickly and with a bare minimum of heat.
